Spain Oman Private Equity Fund conference

Dubai, November 28th, 2018

Spanish Business Council together with the Economic and Commercial Office of Spain in UAE  organized a conference, for the spanish comunity in the UAE regarding Spain Oman Private Equity Fund (SOPEF).

SOPEF is a registered fund at the CNMV, whose LPs are Cofides and the Oman’s State General Reserve Fund. The purpose is to promote the internationalisation of Spanish companies through the acquisition of temporary minority stakes in their subsidiaries, investments, projects in certain countries. The Fund commits primarily invest in growth capital, buyout and build-up operations and to transfer the best-in-class know-how of Spanish companies into Oman and its neighbouring countries.

Once the presentation  was finished the attendees had the opportunity to ask their questions to the partners of the Fund and clarify all their doubts.
