RLD is a Spanish Law firm founded in Madrid with 30 years’ experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), commercial advice and internalization, both in the Spanish and international markets. Due to the high volume of business and interest of our clients in the Middle East, we decided to open in 2012 our Dubai office.

Our scope of activities varies from Management Consultancy, Accounting & Bookkeeping, Tax Consultancy, Corporate Secretary and Employee Affairs advice, among others. As of today, thanks to the local knowledge and practice of our team and their international experience, RLD has successfully assisted more than 100 Spanish companies in setting up their business in the UAE.

Currently, we are the business consultancy company with the largest permanent Spanish team in the United Arab Emirates, which allows us to offer our clients a tailor-made service, not only in the UAE but in all GCC countries.

We can proudly include in our client’s referrals small to medium size companies which are taking their first steps in the process of internationalization, as well as large Spanish companies of global reference and IBEX-35 listed companies. Our areas of expertise include, but are not restricted to sectors such as retail, IT, healthcare, energy and infrastructure.
