Jason discussed how to choose water for you. First, to know whether a water is 100% natural or not, just look on the label. It will say “natural mineral water” (natural from the earth) or “bottled drinking water” (generally desalinated- purified via reverse osmosis). Also, if your water is in PET, a safe plastic when protected from the enviroment, find out how the plastic was shipped and stored. If it was shipped in the hot summer heat, the water was probably exposed to the plastic container. If it is stored in the heat, the same.
