The DIFC Wills Service Center offers the possibility to register wills which are enforceable in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah and soon in all Emirates. This has led to increased demand among expatriates residing in the UAE regarding the services of the DIFC Wills Service Center. The registration of wills is especially important if expatriates own real estate in the UAE. The Seminar aims at giving an overview of the services of the DIFS Wills Service Center, inheritance laws of the UAE and current trends of the real estate market in the UAE.
