The Spanish Business Council invites you to join the fourth edition of this exclusive annual event, Study in Spain: From Knowledge to Impact, a unique opportunity to discover how Spain’s universities are shaping global leaders ready to make a difference.

This edition will be held in the presence of H.E. Emilio Pin Godos, Ambassador of Spain to the United Arab Emirates.

Top Spanish universities such as CUNEF, ESADE, IE University, and the University of Navarra (UNAV) will participate, sharing their expertise and insights into academic excellence, innovation, and multicultural learning.

• CUNEF  –  Marta Covadonga Diaz Zorrilla,VP Group M&A at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB)
  • Marta Covadonga Díaz Zorrilla is Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), where she leads strategic M&A initiatives across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Prior to joining FAB, she worked in AXA Group’s M&A team, Mutua Madrileña’s Corporate Development and Strategy division, and in IB at Haitong Bank in Madrid, Hong Kong, and Shanghai. She holds both a Bachelor’s degree (completing her third year in Beijing) and a Master’s degree in International Finance from CUNEF University.
• ESADE  – Anna Fagotto, Senior Manager Market Strategy and Partnership at Fever+
  • Anna Fagotto holds a degree from Politecnico di Milano and a master’s from ESADE. Named Italy’s National Winner of Adecco’s “CEO for One Month” program in 2020, she later moved to Dubai, where she built her career across consulting and investment banking. She now serves as Senior Manager for Market Strategy and Partnerships at Fever in the Middle East. Anna is also a licensed skydiver and avid scuba diver.
• IE University  –  Dat Tien Dinh, Associate Consultant at Whiteshield
  • Dat Tien Dinh graduated in 2024, in the top 5 of his Bachelor in Business Administration class at IE University, Spain, and studied as an exchange student at Cornell University. He is an Associate Consultant at Whiteshield in Dubai, UAE, where he has worked on national policy design and cross-sector strategies. He is also the Founder of Arinet Education in Vietnam, a college preparation consultancy that has guided over 400 students to top global universities, securing USD 30 million in scholarships. His professional journey is driven by a deep commitment to advancing education and shaping evidence-based policies for sustainable development.
• University of Navarra (UNAV)  –  Susana Rodriguez Puerta, COO ECEMEA Applications at Oracle
  • Susana Rodriguez Puerta is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Applications in the ECEMEA region, which spans the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe, and CIS. In her current role, Susana drives strategic initiatives that empower organizations across diverse industries to embrace innovation and achieve digital transformation. She leads a high-performing team focused on Client Engagement, Business Development, and Alliances, fostering collaboration with customers and partners to deliver impactful business outcomes. Since joining Oracle from McKinsey in 2014, Susana has held a variety of influential roles across the Technology and Applications divisions. Her leadership has been instrumental in transforming Oracle’s Business Development and CX organizations and most recently in elevating the EMEA Alliances business. With a proven track record of success in European and Middle Eastern markets, Susana has consistently advanced Oracle’s position as a trusted partner for businesses navigating complex challenges. Originally from Madrid, Susana now resides in Dubai with her husband and five children. Outside of work, she is an avid reader and a passionate advocate for lifelong learning, sports, and music. She values time spent with her family and friends and embraces the vibrant multicultural environment of her home city.
