SBC Extraordinary General Meeting

The EGM has been convened to vote the transition of the SBC to become the official Chamber of Commerce of Spain in the UAE, so your presence is required to reach a quorum of votes.

      After the EGM a cocktail will follow

If you are unable to attend the SBC Extraordinary General Meeting please send the proxy (power of attorney) before 18th September 11am to ensure the Quorum for the Election.

Corporate and individual member (more than 6months) are invited to vote

Each member can not hold more than 5 proxies.
